Water, sugar, coconut fat, dextrose, glucose syrup, cocoa drops (3%) (cocoa paste, sugar, coconut oil, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), almonds paste (2%), dietary fiber, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - esters of 1.2 propanediol of fatty acids, stabilizers: locust bean gum - guar gum - carrageenan, sea salt, aroma. It may contain traces of other nuts. Gelato Valsoia Stracciatella is gluten free.
