Ice cream ingredients (86%): soya extract (52%) (water, soya beans (8.2%), sea salt), sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (coconut), low-fat cocoa powder, toasted hazelnuts (3.7%), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids – sucrose esters of fatty acids – soya lecithin, stabilisers: sodium alginate – locust bean gum – guar gum, flavourings. Wafer ingredients (14%): strong wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (coconut), salt, caramelised sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin), flavourings.
