Ingredients

Ice cream ingredients (85%): soya extract (56%) (water, soya beans (8,2%), sea salt), sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, roasted hazelnuts (3,9%), fat-reduced cocoa powder, sunflower oil, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids – esters of sucrose of fatty acids – soy lecithin, stabilizers: sodium alginate – locust bean gum – guar gum, flavourings.

Wafer ingredients (15%): soft wheat flour, sugar, coconut oil, sea salt, caramelized sugar, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, flavourings.
